THE CORRS TO PLAY AT PRINCE'S PARTY

Boyzone, Texas, The Corrs, Martine McCutcheon and other acts have been confirmed to perform at the

second Party in the Park this summer. Announcing details of the event, Capital Radio DJ Chris Tarrant commented: "It was above all expectations last year. This year it will be bigger and better."

Other acts confirmed include Madness, Culture Club, Honeyz, Roxette, Westlife, UB40 and Shania Twain. It is expected that a further ten acts will be announced before the concert on Sunday July 14.

At last year's concert, which was in aid of the Prince's Trust, performers included All Saints, Louise, Des'ree and Natalie Imbruglia. The event will be attended by the Prince of Wales, but it is not clear whether Princes William and Harry will be at the show.
