Party In The Park & The Prince's Trust

Party In The Park - Hyde Park, London in Association With The Prince's Trust.
The Prince's Trust
Each year, the Prince's Trust puts on the biggest outdoor concert of the year, raising funds and awareness for a
very worthwhile cause; young people. Last year alone, Party in the Park raised £500,000 for the Trust!
In the UK today, over 500,000 young people are unemployed and many others face problems including poverty, discrimination, under-achievement,
family breakdown, homelessenes and personal crisis.
For the past 23 years The Prince's Trust has been helping young people to succeed focusing support
on 14-30 year olds who haven't had many breaks or opportunities in life.
The Trust achieves this with a nation-wide network running programmes of the highest quality, meeting needs which are not met by others. It
provides training, business start-ups, mentoring, loans and development awards and support in and out of school. Young people finish Prince's
Trust programmes with higher self-esteem, changed attitudes and the skills they need to move into work.
Since it was first set up in 1976 The Trust has achieved remarkable things:
Over 40,000 young entrepreneurs have started their own business with our help creating thousands of new jobs. We lend money and
provide long term support when no one else will.
Our xl network clubs have helped 1,400 students avoid school exclusions and gain new skills and motivation.
Over 30,000 young people have transformed their prospects by spending three months on one of our courses.
The Trust is a dynamic and innovative organisation willing to take risks on behalf of young people. If you need help from
